Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 19, 2026

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in:

• forfeiture of deposit 
• rebooking fee 
• loss of promotional pricing 

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will result in:

• full deposit forfeiture 
• possible prepayment requirement for future appointments 

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
