Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 19, 2026

Due to the nature of professional service-based and time-reserved appointments, all completed services are final sale.

All booking deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred once with sufficient notice per the cancellation policy.

No refunds will be issued for:

• completed treatments 
• partially used packages 
• promotional services 
• add-ons 
• gift certificates 
• missed appointments 

Unused prepaid sessions may be eligible for studio credit only, at management discretion.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may review the matter and offer an appropriate resolution.
